| The MixLab began as a joint venture between College
Station's top two recording studios. Ross and Keith began to discuss
both of our small project studios and visions for the future. With
both of their studios still prospering, they saw a chance to focus
each other's strengths and energy into a single studio.
For about a year, talks continued about creating a team which could
make use of each other's abilities to the fullest. Along with a
new partner, nearly every part of the studio would be a drastic
upgrade including the facility. They finally have more room than
they had ever dreamed of and the ability to get all the various
sounds needed to make hit records.
