The North American Baptist Fellowship is one of the six regional fellowships of the Baptist World Alliance. It represents a diverse Baptist family in the United States and Canada of approximately 18 million people of many different races and ethic backgrounds. We are committed to working together to strengthen each other and ministry around the world through prayer, networking, sharing resources, and cooperative ministry ventures.

North American Baptist Fellowship A Partner in a New Baptist Covenant Celebration

There are many wonderful aspects of being Baptist. We rejoice in the undeserved, incomprehensible, life-giving love of God. We are born anew through faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. We are empowered by the Holy Spirit to be witnesses to Jesus to the ends of the earth. We submit to the authority of Scripture that guides our belief and behavior. We embrace the missional priority of the locally autonomous congregation that is comprised of baptized believers. We rejoice in the priesthood of every believer. We are committed to a whole evangelical way of living that brings good news to the poor, release to the captive, sight to the blind, and liberty to the oppressed. We promote religious freedom. We oppose governmental intrusion in the life of the church. We seek to live into the redeeming will of God for the world. (Read More)
